Hey hey,
Guess what guys? It’s almost the end of the week! For whatever reason, this week has been long and tiring. I think part of it is I didn’t get an adequate amount of sleep during the weekend. Anyways, I almost decided to sleep and not get up and lift. However, I figured we don’t have a lot of plans for this weekend and I could take a nap. Really my goal is to get in the pool, but we will see how that actually goes.
Today I only lifted in the morning. It was chest and shoulders day. For whatever reason when I first looked I was thinking chest and back. It was a little confusing as I kept doing my weights, and it was working my shoulders and not my back. My shoulder was sore from the shot I got the other day. However, by the end of the day both my shoulders already felt sore. My lifts today consists of incline barbell bench press, dumbbell incline fly with a twist, bench press machine, dumbbell Arnold press, dumbbell shoulder shrug, and dumbbell bent over delt raise. I think my body is getting used to the whole being up early and lifting, which is nice.
