For the past few weeks by the time I get to my third workout I usually sleep instead. However, today I still got up and did it. Barely. When I finished I felt pretty accomplished and proud of myself. Today’s workout was chest and shoulders. I don’t know if I was really just feeling good, or my body at too tired to figure out what was going on but I increased my weight and reps for everything. I mainly increased my reps for chest exercises (can’t really increase weight right now). Seriously, I sat in shock for awhile because I couldn’t believe I was really increasing anything. My body is tired and I still managed to increase. It was great. I also got way over my steps in today thanks to my work expanding. While I’m glad to get more space there, I’m still a tired pregnant woman in her third trimester.
