I feel like this week has been crazy long. Some weeks tend to just feel longer than others. I ended up lifting in the morning before my training in the morning. It was biceps and back day. While it was a slight struggle to lift in the morning, I still managed to get through. My biceps felt the lactic acid and I’m sure I’ll be feeling it tomorrow. It can be challenging to feel anything for working out my back because of the weight lifting limit. I have to get a lot of reps in for the lat pull down exercise. I’m impressed I managed to finish to the workout, since it was early in the morning.
