Last week my training schedule got a little jacked up. In the beginning of the week it was messed up with the heat. It got warmer than expected so my run got moved. That was not the end of the world but it was just frustrating. Towards the end of the week, however, when I was supposed to be doing my long run I ended up getting stuck in work longer than planned on. Granted that shouldn’t be an excuse but it was not planned on and got my whole day messed up. I did still get in 3 runs which were all over 20 minutes long.
I am trying to eat better and hope that I lose more weight to get to my goal. My fiance thinks I am not eating enough, especially since starting to train for a half-marathon.
